The Staff My Agency Pilot Program officially started on 5/1 and will continue until 6/30. All the parties that worked to get this program off the ground in such a short period of time are very excited and eager to see how effective the Recruiting-as-a-Service staffing model will be for insurance agents.
The Staff My Agency team has truly enjoyed talking to the agents and learning more about the challenges they face in their attempt to staff their offices. We are confident that we can provide a service that will not only forever change how agents staff their agencies but allow them to grow as if they have a full-time recruiter on staff.
