The Staff My Agency Pilot for Allstate is moving forward, all pilot participants now have usernames & passwords and full access to our Staff Portal.
All Exclusive Agents have been walked through our staffing portal using GoToMeeting, everyone seems comfortable with how easy it is for them to "Activate" a job posting. We expect to see "Activated" jobs in the Staff My Agency Portal as soon as tomorrow.
This is obviously much easier for the agents than buying job postings, creating job descriptions and screening unqualified candidates while trying to run a business with 200 moving parts. One agent said "I hope I never have to go back to the old way I use to hire for my agency".
