Step 1: 
         Agents sign-in to the Staff My Agency portal.  Agents ACTIVATE pre-loaded job postings for Licensed Sales Producers, Customer Service Representatives, Agency Principals and/or Telemarketers.
Step 2:  
         A professional recruiter from Staff My Agency is immediately notified when an agent ACTIVATES a job posting.
Step 3: 
         The recruiter reviews the posting and starts to identify and pre-screen candidates. The resumes of the qualified candidates are then sent to the agent through the staffing portal (resumes can easily be viewed on the agent’s computer or handheld device).
Step 4:
         The agent contacts candidates to schedule interviews and complete the hiring process.
