After interviewing hundreds of insurance agents Staff My Agency is introducing two new programs. The TEST DRIVE and SIGNATURE programs are designed for agents that need to hire one (1) employee or two (2) or more employees and both offer the standard Staff My Agency guarantee.

TEST DRIVE - If you are an agent that needs to hire one (1) employee then the TEST DRIVE is for you.
The Test Drive is a two (2) month program that allows agents to hire one (1) employee of their choice at the introductory rate of $379.00 per month. Staff My Agency guarantees that you will receive pre-screened candidates to interview within 14 days of activating a job posting or the second month of your Test Drive is free.
SIGNATURE - Agents that need to hire two (2) or more employees rely on our SIGNATURE Program.
The Signature program is a twelve (12) month program that allows agents to hire up to four (4) employees at the introductory rate of $259.00 per month. Staff My Agency guarantees that you will receive pre-screened candidates to interview within 14 days of activating a job posting or your second month of service is free.
The Signature program monthly membership fees are less than the price of one (1) job posting and a fraction of the cost of working with a traditional staffing firm. Example - $40K/year job @15% of the employees’ first year’s salary would be an agency fee of $6K in a traditional staffing model. Staff My Agency allows agents to hire four (4) employees for half the price of one (1) traditional staffing agency fee.
