- A professional recruiter will email you within 24 hours to schedule a “Kickoff Meeting” to discuss general candidate, and position details.
- Resume Sourcing will begin immediately.
- The recruiter will generate a report indicating the size of the candidate pool within 20 miles of your agency (specific to your position).
- Move forward if you want our recruiters to pre-screen all the candidates in your pool.
- Within 7 to 10 days, you will start to receive a pre-screened resumes to REVIEW.
- Review an unlimited number of resumes at no additional cost.
- Pay per candidate that you want to interview. Interview as few or as many candidates necessary to fill your open position(s).
- There are NO additional fees when you hire a candidate.
- Candidate Screening Fee + Candidates interviewed = Cost per Hire

*If we are unable to find resumes for you to review within 30 days, we will refund your Candidate Screening Fee.
